As the consulting Intern of digital transformation front end team,  I was part of the group to improve user experience of CLP Power’s mobile app: by constantly reviewing wireframes and layouts. Our team obtained positive feedback from repeated blind testing. Using the results we generated better solutions to deliver the the web and app services.   I also benchmarked current application against metrics to show how CLP's O2O strategies can draw store sales and visits. 


Guess what! With CLP's mobile application you can earn eco points by saving electricity usage, and spend them on products at the CLP stores! The outlets have exciting offerings from cooking utensils to cooking classes.
